If multiple plans have the same savings percentage, the plan with the narrowest scope is applied first (from narrowest to broadest, a plan can be applied to resource group, single subscription, management group, or shared). After the benefit has been applied, if more usage from the service remains, the broader-scoped plan is then applied. When the benefit has fully covered that service's usage, the process continues to cover usage from the service with the next highest savings percentage.

  • At the time of purchase, you have the option to pay for your savings plan in a single, upfront payment or divided into equal monthly US dollar payments at no extra cost. For customers transacting in currencies other than the US dollar, billing follows standard currency rules based on the monthly invoice on which the charge is issued. This excludes customers transacting through an Enterprise Agreement.
