𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁𝘆 𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮 Deciding whether to plead not guilty in a federal case is a monumental choice that requires strategic thinking and a deep understanding of the legal system. Drawing from my 26 years in the federal prison system, I've written an article that sheds light on this complex decision-making process. #FederalCourtDefense #NotGuiltyPlea #LegalInsights #FederalTrials #CriminalDefenseStrategy #MichaelSantosExperience https://lnkd.in/gqBBC2EH

How is #dueprocess not a thing anymore? Why are there multiple tiers of so-called #justice for American citizens? Regardless of anyone's political stance, losing our freedoms is something we can all fight together. This has to stop. When society breaks down, so do businesses and the economy. Therefore, this LinkedIn post hopefully resounds and is widely shared. #january6th #inalienablerights #constitutionallaw #economy #freedom #ruleoflaw

For over 3 years our #RestorativeLives Project has been providing evidence of this from Young People in Prison disclosing they have experienced the same thing following exclusion from schools at the age of 12 or 13. The power of the #RestorativeLives approach was able to re-engage these Young People who previously felt rejected by Society. It could therefore have a huge impact as a #Diversion and #Prevention Intervention to break both the #SchoolToPrison and #PovertyToPrison Pipelines. #MagistraCivitasCiC

It's crucial to hold law enforcement accountable for their actions, especially when it comes to corrupt or negligent arrests. However, it's not just the arresting officer who should be named in legal proceedings. Their supervisors also hold responsibility for ensuring lawful and effective investigations take place. Check out this video for more information on why it's important to push back against injustice: https://lnkd.in/emyb2Jgw #Accountability #Justice #LegalSystem
